Reflexology, Flowers Essences and Indian Head Massage Therapy in Lyme Regis.

Hello my name is Sarah Cook MAR MIFR IIHHT and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist qualifying in 2003. I am a full memeber of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and also a member of the International Federation of Reflexologists (MIFR). I am fully insured with the Association of Reflexologists and is bound by their strict code of practise.

I am extremely passionate about furthering my knowledge of Reflexology and I am currently undergoing extensive training in Maternity Reflexology.
I also practise Flower Essences and Indian Head Massage, please see the relevant pages regarding these therapies.

I have a successful private practice as well as working within the medical profession alongside orthodox practitioners.

My practice is based in Lyme Regis near Axminster and is only 11 miles from Honiton and Bridport, However I do many home treatments.

Uplyme Practice: £25.00 (child's charge, up to 14 years old) £20.00
Client's own home: £30.00 (child's Charge) £25.00

Indian Head Massage (45 minutes treatment)

Uplyme Practise: £20.00 (child's charge) £15.00
Client's own home: £25.00 (child's charge) £20.00


Flower Essences

1 1/2 hours consultation at Uplyme practise £30.00
1 1/2 hours consultation at client's home £35.00

1 hours telephone consultation (approx) £25.00
Email consultation £25.00

Please note that these prices include the Flower Essence prescription and include postage.



Also I would appreciate 24 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment.
