My name is Sarah Cook MAR MIFR IIHHT AAMET and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist qualifying in 2003 having completed a year's long course. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and a member of the International Federation of Reflexologists (MIFR) and also a member of The Association for the advancement of Meridian Therapies (AAMET). I am fully insured with the Association of Reflexologists and I am bound by their strict code of practice.

I live in Uplyme just outside the beautiful seaside location of Lyme Regis with my husband Adrian and our daughter Abigail.
I am very lucky to have a lovely dedicated treatment room in our home. It is a safe, warm, totally private room where the caring and healing can start to take place.

Adrian and I have brought up our two children who are now 'growing up' and our eldest son Tom is leading his own life and looking forward to spending a year in Australia. We have also fostered young people for 4 years and although at times it has been a great challenge it has also brought immensely proud moments.

Although I have been a qualified Reflexologist for five years I have always had a great interest in alternative therapies. Many many years ago long before I had even heard of Reflexology I twisted my back so badly that I could not do a single thing! I was directed to a very dear old lady who applied this amazing treatment to my feet and hey presto 60 minutes later I was skipping and jumping out of her place to the absolute amazement of my husband!

The body is an amazing tool and so often the hurts and let downs that we receive as children - and indeed as adults stay within us for such a very long time so that eventually if work has not been done to 'rid them' they manifest as serious illnesses. We all have the power to heal ourselves and once treatments have been sought and started the process begins........

I have always been impressed by the gentleness and the incredible power of all the therapies I practise: Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique),Flower Essences and Indian Head Massage.

I hold treatments in the treatment room in Uplyme, Tuesday to Saturday with evening appointments on Monday and Wednesday.
I hold a clinic at Bolts in Axminster every Friday.
